If AceSpy is hidden, then how will I access it?
Upon ordering you will receive an email with a temporary hot key combination. You simply press a certain group of keys all at once and a password box will appear. After that, type in the default password (also included in the email) and you're in. After installation you will want to customize your hot key combination to ensure added stealth.

How do I make AceSpy record all users in Windows XP? NEW
To do this the program will need to be relocated to the Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder. For help in doing this fill out a support request and be sure to include your order number. We will then email you specific instructions.

Does Retina-X Studios provide installation and usage support?
Absolutely. When you order there will be step-by-step instructions. However, if you need further assistance we will be here to answer any questions you may have. In addition to our online documentation, we also send step-by-step instructions via email upon ordering.

Do you offer volume discounts or discounts to educational institutions and students?

So I can really have my activity reports sent via email?
Our unique email delivery option makes the program even more powerful. You simply go to the Email tab in Tools > Options and enter your Email address and server info (available from your isp or webmaster). After that your reports will be invisibly mailed to your email address each time a report is created. This allows you to get your results when on vacation or work or anywhere else you have access to your email account.

What if I don't want to have my reports emailed?
By default, AceSpy comes with the option turned off. You can still view reports on the PC being monitored by pressing your customized hot key sequence and entering your password.

How do view my recorded activity logs?
Immediately after installation, use the instructions in the setup email to access the AceSpy interface. After you are inside, change your password and hot key combination. You will then be able to monitor and view your logs on the opening screen. You can also setup the program to email your results.

How do change my AceSpy hot key combination?
To change the hot key combination inside the program go to Tools > Options and then click the "General" tab. Then select your desired sequence and click "Apply".

How do change my AceSpy password?
To change the password inside the program go to Tools > Options and then click the "Password" tab. Then enter your old password and new password in both boxes and click "Apply".

How do I get my activity logs and screenshots via email?
To do this go to Tools > Options and then click the "Automatic Emails" tab. Enter *all* requested information which includes SMTP server. If you don't know your SMTP server contact your ISP or webmaster. Enter the interval of how often you want your reports sent and click "Apply". Your reports will then be invisibly emailed at that interval.

How do I turn keyword alerts on?
To turn on the powerful keyword alert option, go to Tools > Options and then click the "Key Watch" tab. Then click "Add" and enter a keyword. Repeat for as many keywords you need watched. After that click the ""Automatic Emails" tab. Enter all necessary information which includes SMTP server. If you don't know your SMTP server contact your ISP or webmaster.

How do I uninstall AceSpy?
Please use our support form to receive uninstall instructions and you must include your name, and order number. We do not advertise this information. This information is contained in the installation email that was sent after ordering.
