You can block just one or a group of web sites by entering
their complete URL into a list. For example: http://www.sexonline.com.
You can also block any group of web sites with just a keyword
such as "sex" and all web sites having "sex"
in their URL will be blocked.

not all! You can also block applications from running by
creating another list of keywords. If these keywords are
encountered in the application title, that application is forcibly
